Osan

Osan is the town I live in. I don't often get out in town and take pictures -- and I still after almost 2 years don't have any pictures of the shopping areas, bar area, market etc, but I do have pictures of the little mountains where I like to hike. And from there, there is a pretty good view of the city -- so those pictures I do have. Here they are:

This highway sign welcomes me home after long trips and laughs at me when we have to go past Osan into Seoul before I can come home.

This is my apartment building from the mountains. It is brand new and very nice. The red dot is my window. The turquoise building is the movie theatre and the red brick behind my building is the largest grocery store/department store in Osan -- so good location.

These next pics are of the walk I like to take around the mountains in Osan.

This is a closeup of one of the rice fields near the mountains. I love watching the rice growing, from flooding, to the green fields in the summer and the golden yellow in the fall.
